The inner voice,
Powerful and full of hope
Speaks to the darkest places
The broken places
That lie within our soul

Gives strength and healing
Calmness and comfort
Releases the pain,
Heals the scars

Beyond the clouds there is a place

A place we all long and desire

Our hearts flutter in the wind

As we watch the clouds rush by

We reach out to touch , but are to far away

We run but were held back by the wind

It is not our time, or our place

But know there is a place beyond the clouds
